Master Containers offers special print services to help customers promote their businesses. Custom cup and container designs can be printed with up to three ink colors using Embossed Printing. Larger quantity cup orders can be custom printed with up to six ink colors using Offset Printing.

Embossed Printing Order Minimum = 25,000 cups/50 cases
Offset Printing Order Minimum = 50,000 cups/100 cases

Master Containers has a plentiful ink inventory to accommodate customer design requirements and is able to order special colors if necessary. Designs can be printed as a Single Panel, Double Panel or a Full Wrap around the product.

Print Specifications:

• We are able to offer printing services for all our foam cups with the exception of the 1.25E and 4D sizes.
  
  
• Printing on foam containers is limited to the 12C and 16CM.
  
  
• Images can be printed a minimum of 1/4" below the lip and 1" up from
  the bottom of the cup (1/2" up from the bottom for containers).
  
  
• For Embossed Printing, ink colors cannot touch ( trap) or be overprinted but are instead printed 1/32" apart from each other.

• For Offset Printing, ink colors can appear to touch but are in fact separated by a white, evenly-spaced hairline to prevent inks from spreading into eachother.
